Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and seals. Unfortunately, opened medications or temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Prescription medications (once dispensed and accepted)
- Products requiring cold chain storage
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
